The Official Appointment through the nominations of His Excellency Datu Paduka Diraja Dr. cav.Mrg Don Vincent Cortese, Knight Of Liberia as the Secretary General of Norman Academy and as The Honorable Royal Chancellor Of The Royal House Of Maharaja Adinda Aranan, The Sultanate Of Sulu Darul Islam. 
Beside That, His Highness has been granted a Doctorate degree in Political Science by The University Of Rugerro-II, state of Florida, United States Of America and The Republic Of Gambia. The Collaborations between the Royal House Of Maharaja Adinda Aranan with The Norman Academy will be achieve an excellent especially in Nobility and Solidarity activities in The World hence, bringing the name of Traditional Peoples of tausug and the Noble houses around the world.
